Actionable feedback policy
At GradeUp, we value feedback from parents, learners, and educators. Your insights help us continuously improve our platform and ensure that our worksheets, video memos, and exam preparation tools remain effective, relevant, and user-friendly.
Purpose of This Policy
The goal of this policy is to explain how we receive, review, and act on feedback from our users. We believe feedback should not only be acknowledged, but also converted into meaningful improvements that benefit all learners.
Types of Feedback We Welcome
We encourage feedback in the following areas:
Content accuracy: Corrections or suggestions related to maths worksheets, exam prep tools, or video memos.
User experience: Ease of navigation, clarity of instructions, and platform usability.
Learning outcomes: How our resources have supported or challenged your child’s progress.
Technical issues: Reports of errors, glitches, or difficulties accessing features.
How We Handle Feedback
When feedback is received, we follow these steps:
Acknowledge: We confirm receipt of the feedback within a reasonable timeframe.
Review: Our content and technical teams carefully evaluate the feedback.
Act: If the feedback identifies an error, gap, or opportunity for improvement, we implement changes where appropriate.
Respond: Where necessary, we update the parent or learner about the action taken.
Commitment to Continuous Improvement
We treat feedback as an essential part of our development cycle. Content updates, new features, and platform adjustments are guided by the needs of our users and the requirements of the South African CAPS curriculum for DBE and IEB learners.
Limitations
While we value all feedback, not every suggestion can be implemented immediately. Some improvements may require more time, technical resources, or curriculum review before they are added to the platform. However, all feedback is recorded and considered during our update cycles.
