At GradeUp, we believe in transparency regarding who operates our platform and how our work is funded.

GradeUp (www.gradeup.co.za) is owned and operated by Learn In Cloud (Pty) Ltd, a privately held company based in South Africa.

All educational content, videos, and tools are developed specifically for GradeUp by our in-house team of qualified educators and content developers. The platform is managed and maintained entirely in South Africa.

GradeUp is a self-funded, independent business. We do not receive government grants, corporate sponsorships, or external funding. Our primary source of revenue comes from once-off purchases and monthly subscription of worksheets and exam preparation by parents and guardians.

We do not allow advertising or paid promotions within the learning environment. This ensures that learners and parents remain focused on high-quality educational content, free from distraction or third-party influence.

Because GradeUp is privately funded and independently managed by Learn In Cloud (Pty) Ltd, we retain full control over the quality, accuracy, and integrity of all the educational material we publish. No external organisation or advertiser has any influence on the content, pricing, or academic approach of our platform.
